📐 Protocol Constants (UEDP v4 — Ω_crit = 1/e fixed by METP theory)
Reference coherence level for RSL tension. Empirically: omega > this = healthy margin.
D&B: >90d = high default risk. At PAY_MAX days, order penalty is maximum.
spike > SPIKE_DIV × mean = 3σ outlier event. Increase to reduce sensitivity.
Used for EOD extrapolation: projected_output = rate × PROJ_HRS.
FIX-P1: When hoursElapsed < this AND revenue=0, psi uses ops floor not revenue floor.
FIX-P5: AT = null when ISeq < this (monotone production — ratio undefined).
FIX-P5: AT is clamped to AT_MAX to prevent blow-up in near-monotone sequences.
ISeq > this triggers the high-chaos instability alert. ISeq ∈ [0,2].
±DELTA for sensitivity analysis. 0.10 = ±10% input perturbation.

Omega below this (but above Ω_crit) triggers stressed warning.
Alert fires when net margin is positive but below this %.
If actual/target < this % at hoursElapsed ≥ alertHrThresh → critical.
OLS slope more negative than this → declining trend alert.
If hour output > N × hour target → possible data entry error.
