PAY_MAX — Payment lead stress ceiling (days)

D&B: >90d = high default risk. At PAY_MAX days, order penalty is maximum.

SPIKE_DIV — Spike normalisation divisor

spike > SPIKE_DIV × mean = 3σ outlier event. Increase to reduce sensitivity.

PROJ_HRS — Working day length (hours)

Used for EOD extrapolation: projected_output = rate × PROJ_HRS.

PRE_REV_HRS — Pre-revenue mode threshold (hrs)

FIX-P1: When hoursElapsed < this AND revenue=0, psi uses ops floor not revenue floor.

ISEQ_MONO_THRESHOLD — AT undefined below

FIX-P5: AT = null when ISeq < this (monotone production — ratio undefined).

AT_MAX — A/T ratio ceiling
